GoBono Cancellation Policy

To balance flexibility for Guests with the operational costs of maintaining the Property, the following cancellation terms apply:

• Full Refund: If Guest cancels 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, all amounts paid are refunded in full.
• Partial Refund: If Guest cancels 15-30 days before check-in, 50% of total rent will be refunded.
• No Refund: If Guest cancels 14 days or fewer before check-in, no refund will be issued.
• Early Departure / No-Show: No refunds for unused nights or early departures.

Force Majeure: If travel becomes impossible due to government restrictions, wildfires, or other declared emergencies in Colorado or St. Croix, Owner may offer to reschedule the stay or issue a partial refund at its sole discretion.

Written Notice Required: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email acceptable) to [email protected], or by speaking with customer service at 833-442-4626.
