This isn't your typical Caribbean rental crammed between other properties with a sliver of ocean view. You've got almost 1.5 acres on top of La Grande Princesse Hill, and the panoramic views stretch across the entire east side of St. Croix. On clear days, you'll see St. Thomas, Buck Island, and the British Virgin Islands floating on the horizon.
The pool is what everyone remembers. It's big enough for actual swimming, not just standing around with a drink. There's a diving board for the kids (and the adults who still act like kids). The outdoor gazebo becomes your second living room. You'll eat breakfast there, have sunset cocktails there, and probably fall asleep in the hammock there at least once.
Inside, the four bedrooms each have their own AC unit because island living should be comfortable, not sweaty. The master suite feels like its own private retreat with a jetted tub, walk in closet, and a private deck where you can watch the sun come up over the Caribbean.
The kitchen actually works for real cooking, not just reheating takeout. We're talking modern appliances, an air fryer, plenty of spices already stocked, and enough serving platters for when you want to host dinner for everyone.
Every bedroom has new mattresses and high thread count sheets. The kind that make you want to sleep in, which you absolutely should because you're on island time now.
The mahogany dining table seats 10 comfortably. The living room couches face those giant windows so you never lose sight of why you came here. Smart TVs are there if it rains, but honestly, you won't use them much.
This is the place for milestone birthdays, family reunions where everyone actually shows up, or that week where your friend group finally gets it together and books the trip you've been talking about for years.
You're seven minutes from Christiansted for shopping and restaurants. Cane Bay is 14 minutes when you want world class snorkeling. Sugar Beach is four minutes for those perfect white sand Caribbean postcard moments.
Whatever brought you to St. Croix, this is where you'll want to come back to at the end of every day. Because going beyond ordinary means having views that make you forget to check your phone.

Exit the airport and head East towards Christiansted.
Turn Right (East) onto Melvin H Evans Hwy towards Christiansted.
At the Sunny Isle Stop Light Turn Left. Follow the road along the shopping center and turn right onto Pepper Tree Road (This is the intersection with Pizza Hut and KFC)
Follow that road until the T and turn right onto Rattan Rd. Continue on Rattan Rd until (road will curve many times up and down hills). Keep an eye on the left hand side for a road identified by three stacked tires painted in three different colors. Turn left onto that road. Take your first right. The house will be on the left.

Any special events, including but not limited to weddings, receptions, corporate meetings, conferences, parties, or gatherings exceeding the maximum occupancy stated in this Agreement, must receive prior written approval from the Landlord or Property Manager at least [30] days in advance of the scheduled event.
Approved events are subject to the following conditions:
1. Event Fee: An event fee of $1000 will be charged for each approved event, payable prior to the event date. This fee covers additional wear and tear, utilities, and administrative costs associated with hosting events on the premises up to 50 guests.
2. Capacity and Duration: All events must comply with local occupancy limits and noise ordinances. Event hours must be specified in the approval request and strictly adhered to.
3. Parking and Access: Adequate parking arrangements must be made to avoid disruption to neighboring properties.
Failure to obtain advance approval for events may result in immediate termination of this Agreement, forfeiture of the security deposit, and assessment of unauthorized event fees. The property manager reserves the right to deny any event request at their sole discretion.

Very convenient location and fully equipped beautiful Pool and amazing views plenty space
We were extremely pleased with this property. It comfortably accommodated my family of 4 (2 young adults, myself and my husband) plus my parents. The house was clean and well stocked. The kitchen knives were a bit dull, but otherwise we had plenty of dishes/utensils/pots/pans/spices. The beach towels were on the small side. A bonus of 2 unexpected beach chairs were in the garage. We put them to good use! There were plenty of bath and kitchen towels, blankets, etc. The house is very cheerfully decorated. And the view is breathtaking! We spent a lot of time on the back patio, grilling, reading, swimming, and relaxing. We felt safe. The owners were responsive to our questions. It is a bit of a drive to sites, groceries, beaches, etc. But it was worth it for such a beautiful property. We would definitely rent this property again.
The host was INCREDIBLY helpful to us when our rental car reservation was cancelled because President Biden was on island and no rental car was available. He also responded to our needs and inquiries very promptly.The house had everything our family needed.We went on the suggested excursions for snorkeling and fishing.Overall, we experienced nothing but kindness from strangers in St Croix.Thank you for a lovely island Christmas.

We enjoyed our stay at Deja Blue. The home had almost everything we needed and was an easy drive to the historic district of Christiansted. Originally we wanted a rental closer to the beach. But after staying at Deja Blue, we preferred to be closer to downtown than the beach.
